Please do not stick the shipping labels directly on the product or on the product packaging.
1. Products purchased at a distance can be returned according to O.U.G. 34/2014.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract. The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, within 14 calendar days from the termination of the contract.
If the returned product is in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories and, if applicable, with the labels intact), the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. If the packaging is damaged, the customer is responsible for reducing the value of the product and will be charged an administrative fee for bringing the product to its original state up to a maximum of 50% of the product value.
The following product categories are not accepted for return:
· Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. and can no longer be brought back to the product's new condition.
· Incomplete products, which, after opening the original packaging, do not have all the parts in the box.
Boca NCD will refund the value of the order within 14 days from the date of termination of the contract by the customer, but not before taking possession of the goods.
Contract withdrawal procedure
Exercising the right of withdrawal
The consumer informs Boca NCD about the decision to withdraw from the contract through one of the options: model form or an unequivocal statement made on a durable medium (paper, mail, message on the contact page or fax). The consumer has 14 calendar days from receiving the products to announce the withdrawal from the contract.
Boca NCD's obligations
Full reimbursement of the amounts received as payment, including delivery costs (except for the situation where the consumer has explicitly chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery). The reimbursement of the amounts will be made using the same reasonably applicable payment methods (in the case of cash payment on delivery, the reimbursement will be made by transfer to the bank account provided unambiguously by the consumer). The fulfillment of the reimbursement obligation is done within 14 days from the termination of the contract, but not before receiving the products.
The obligations of the consumer
The products are handed over to Boca NCD personally or handed over to an authorized person (designated courier) without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the announcement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer bears the return costs. The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
2. Return of products
You can request the return of products in the following cases:
· The delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the website. You can request its return for replacement or a full refund (if the product is no longer available).
· Produs nefunctional in primele 48 ore (2 zile lucratoare) de la receptie. In cazul in care produsul achizitionat a fost livrat nefunctional, incomplet sau prezinta vicii de fabricatie, acesta va fi inlocuit cu un produs functional, in urma notificarii scrise sau prin prezentarea la sediu in termen de 48 de ore de la primirea produsului.
· Product in a damaged package. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company in which the state of the package from the time of delivery is mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered. If a carrier commissioned by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred when the products are delivered to the carrier.
· Produse livrate gresit. In cazul in care s-a livrat alt produs decat cel comandat. Costurile de retur pentru situatiile prezentate mai sus, la punctul 2 ( nu si in cazul renuntarii la cumparare – punctul 1) cad in sarcina magazinului nostru.

Return requests are notified on our website to the Customer Support Department or by presenting the respective product to our headquarters within 48 working hours of receiving the product.
Damage to the products or putting them in a condition that makes their resale impossible leads to the refusal of the return.
Any damage to the original packaging that makes it impossible to sell the product as new, automatically leads to the application of a return procedure subject to administrative fees to return the products to the condition in which they were delivered; taxes are between 0 and 50% of the initial value of the product. The amount of the administrative fee will be communicated to the customer upon receiving the damaged/modified products.
