Delivery

The approximate delivery time is 24-48 hours from the confirmation of the order. In exceptional cases, the duration may be extended up to 4 days, but affected customers will be notified in advance.
For delivery via the courier service, the order will be brought to the indicated address according to the schedule agreed upon with the courier.
The products are in the original, unopened packaging from the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
Upon receiving the package, please check the integrity of the parcel.

Upon completing the order, you will receive the invoice via email.

Special conditions
During the delivery time, factors may occur that could cause delays, regardless of our or the courier company's will, such as bad weather, accidents or traffic jams. In all cases, a representative will inform you and communicate a new delivery date.
