The sold products have a guarantee according to the laws in force in Romania, 449 art. 16 of 2003. The product warranty period is 30 days.

Warranty conditions:

If, during the warranty period, due to material or manufacturing defects, the products are damaged, they will be repaired or replaced as the case may be.
Boca NCD will carry out the inspection, repair, and/or free replacement of defective products. Products that cannot be repaired will be replaced. If the respective model is no longer available, the product will be replaced with a similar one, applying any price difference, or it will be refunded at the customer's request. The cost of shipping the product to Boca NCD will be covered by the customer, while the return shipping will be covered by Boca NCD.

The purchased products are not covered by the warranty in the following situations:

1. If the products show defects or damage caused by liquids, if there are foreign objects/materials on the surface of the products, if there are burns caused by improper use of the product.

2. Non-compliance by the user with the handling, transport, storage, use and maintenance conditions provided by the manufacturer.

3. Aesthetic physical damages (ruptures, scratches) are not covered by the warranty.
